Writing a Sea Creature Narrative

This week we have been talking about narratives. Narratives are stories and we have been looking out for the introduction, problem and solution that is in most stories. Yesterday the children decided what the main character would be in their own narrative. They drew their character and gave it a name. Today they wrote a narrative about their character. They introduced their character in the first paragraph. In the second paragraph, each story told about a problem and in the last paragraph the problem was somehow solved.
